Academic Background:

Bachelor's degree in Plant Science and Biotechnology, University of Port Harcourt, Nigeria

Master's degree in Biological and Environmental Sciences, University of Hull, United Kingdom

Bio and Research Interests:

I am a passionate scientist with a keen interest in genomics and cancer research. My academic journey has led me to focus on understanding the molecular mechanisms underlying cancer progression and genomic instabilities associated with genetic diseases.

My primary research interests encompass genomic instabilities in cancer, DNA breaks, repair genetics, and break-induced DNA replication, with a particular emphasis on elucidating the connections between genomic instabilities and human diseases, such as cancer. I am driven by the desire to unravel the molecular pathways that drive cancer progression and identify novel therapeutic targets.

With a strong foundation in molecular biology and genetics, I am dedicated to advancing our understanding of cancer biology and developing innovative approaches for cancer treatment. My research aims to contribute to the development of personalized medicine strategies that improve patient outcomes and quality of life.
